Could you send free sample for testing?

Yes.Our stock size sample is free and the express cost is free If sample to your China agent .If you need oem printed sample which must be the same to your artwork then will charge some sample cost but will refund to you after you order finally.If need us send sample overseas,then we will charge parts of express cost.


What is your MOQ?

we donot request MQQ. We welcome test and trial orders, which we believe, would definitely lead to bigger and more regular orders in the future. We accept different products of ours mixed in one container. We are professional at working out the most reasonable way to load the maximum of container space.


What is cost for OEM preprinted rolls?

Printing cost is related to quantity of each order and the number of artwork colors. Please contact us freely with your detailed requirements by email. Our sales group would come back to you immediately with the best quotation.


What is the production leadtime ?

For blank paper , 2-3 weeks after confirmed the order .For OEM printed paper ,3-4weeks after confirmed the artwork design


What is the product wrap ?
  1. Shrink wrap: 5rolls or 10rolls shrink
  2. Gold or siliver alumimum foil wrap: 1 roll or 2 rolls
  3. Customer OEM printed paper wrap : 1 roll or 2 rolls
  4. OEM printed brown or white box as customer request

Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?

Yes , we accept SGS or any other third party to inspect goods before delivery and load the goods .


What is your payment term?

We accept TT,LC terms. In terms of FOB: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. In terms of CFR: 30% deposit, balance against copy BL after shipment. While the long-term customers always get more favorable terms than this because it is our goal to do mutual-beneficial business with our customers.


What is your guarantee terms of quality and shipment?

Our products are packed decently to make sure our paper reaches customers in the same good condition when they leave our factory. If the shipment in bulk is of different quality from samples approved, we replace the disqualified products or compensate with reasonable discount. But this seldom happens during these many years of our export business because to change quality is the last thing we would do to our customers.
